Originally the idea behind this site appeared on FootballTransfers.co.uk. The feature was called 'Your Rumours'. Sadly the feature failed to stay due to spammers. Now though, the feature returns at FootballRumours.info, which previously hosted a makeshift version of FootballTransfers.co.uk.
Hopefully, this will become the place where you can post transfer rumours, so that you can share them with your fellow football fans.
FootballRumours.info was relaunched on the 5th of February, 2006, unfortunately, not for long, as the script used failed to live up to expectations. A new version of the site was developed, with the site coming back online on Monday the 13th of February, 2006.
The site was redeveloped, redesigned and relaunched on the 4th of April, 2007.
How can I submit my own football rumours?At the top of every page you will see a link called 'Add rumour', please click the link, complete the form and click the submit button. Your rumour will then be reviewed by the Editor and if he thinks it's good enough to be in the database, it will then be verified, and added.
